Rio Host was created from the personal experiences of managers and administrators with a tradition in the real estate market. We are a company by Grupo Milenium Consultores.
For full management, Rio Host charges a 30% commission on the net rent.
PREREQUISITES FOR RENT
We look for suppliers in the market so you can keep your apartment tidy and host with maximum comfort.
However, to start the rental service the basic standards of lodging is necessary.
The property must include the following items:
Bed, air conditioning, sofa, table with chairs, television, internet, refrigerator, stove, microwave, various utensils and shower with heating.
